Below, we inform you about the type of data we collect on this website and how we process it.

Visiting our website is generally possible without providing personal data. We only collect personal data when you voluntarily provide it to us – for example, by filling out the contact form. We do not use any tracking tools or cookies for analytical or marketing purposes. Likewise, we do not use any external services such as newsletter systems, embedded third-party content, or social media plugins that could transmit personal data to third parties.

Your personal data will not be disclosed to third parties unless this is necessary to fulfil your request or we are legally obliged to do so. In all cases, we ensure that legal data protection requirements are met.

Hosting by Hostpoint

Our website is hosted by Hostpoint AG in Switzerland (Hostpoint AG, Neue Jonastrasse 60, 8640 Rapperswil-Jona, Switzerland). This means that all data processed via this website is stored on Hostpoint’s servers. Hostpoint acts as a processor on our behalf and processes the data only in accordance with our instructions and under a contract that ensures compliance with data protection regulations.

When you visit our website, Hostpoint automatically collects so-called server log files. These log files store, for example, the following information: IP address of the accessing device, date and time of access, retrieved pages/files, success messages, browser type and version, as well as the operating system used. This data is technically necessary to ensure the provision and security of the website. We do not combine this data with other data sources, nor do we draw conclusions about individuals. The log files are used solely to ensure operational reliability and to detect potential attacks and are usually deleted automatically after a defined retention period.

Contact Form

Our website features a contact form that you can use to get in touch with us electronically. When you fill out and submit the form, we collect the following personal data: your first and last name, phone number, and email address. This information is required to respond to your inquiry. Any additional information you provide is optional.

Purpose and legal basis of processing:
We use the data collected through the contact form solely to respond to your inquiry and communicate with you. By submitting the contact form, you consent to the processing of your data for communication purposes. The legal basis for processing this data is your consent or our legitimate interest in responding to your request. If your inquiry relates to entering into a contract, the data is processed to take pre-contractual measures.

We treat the data entered in the contact form confidentially. The information submitted via the form is forwarded to our email address and may be stored in our mail system or the website database. This data will not be shared with third parties without your consent.
Retention period: We store your contact data only as long as necessary to process your request and any follow-up questions. Once your inquiry has been resolved, we delete the data unless legal retention requirements prevent deletion.

Rights of Data Subjects

Under applicable data protection law, you have various rights regarding your personal data. In particular, you have the following rights:

  • Right of access: You can request confirmation of whether we process personal data about you. If so, you have the right to obtain information about this data and further details (such as purpose of processing, categories of data, recipients, intended retention period, etc.).

  • Right to rectification: You have the right to request the correction or completion of incorrect or incomplete personal data stored by us.

  • Right to erasure: You may request the deletion of your personal data if the processing is no longer lawful or the purpose for which the data was collected no longer applies. For example, you may request deletion if you withdraw your consent or the data is no longer needed for its original purpose. Legal retention obligations remain unaffected.

  • Right to restriction of processing: Under certain conditions, you may request that the processing of your personal data be restricted. This means we may continue to store your data but not use it (e.g., during a review of the accuracy of the data).

  • Right to withdraw consent: If data processing is based on your consent, you may revoke your consent at any time with effect for the future. The lawfulness of processing prior to the withdrawal remains unaffected.

  • Right to lodge a complaint: You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority regarding our handling of your data. In Switzerland, the relevant authority is the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).

Please contact us if you wish to exercise any of your rights.
